Mobilizing businesses and communities to stop human trafficking

Engage Local Businesses

In 2014, California passed Senate Bill 1193 (SB 1193) in an effort to provide critical resources for trafficking victims and educate the public about this illicit crime. The law requires certain businesses to display a "Stop Human Trafficking" flyer in a visible location for their customers and employees.

Map1193 helps us enforce this law and engage businesses and the community against this illicit crime. To learn more about the law, read our SB 1193 FAQ's and watch the video below.

Download the following flyers and post them up in your business or place of work. Even if you aren’t required to, this is one way you can show solidarity in the fight against human trafficking.

Preserve Strong Communities

Check out why others have chosen to take part in our Community Day of Action to inform businesses about SB 1193 and to help them comply with the law.
